Mr. Yancharla Rathnakara Nagaraja, Managing Director, holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Civil Engineering from Karnataka University and has over 40 years of experience in Civil, Industrial and Environmental Infrastructure.

He has started his career in the Year 1984 with Public Works Department in the State of Karnataka and thereafter worked with Mandanlal Steels Limited and Navega Engineers Private Limited. He has to his credit the successful implementation of a number of civil and environmental infrastructure projects.

He has expertise in design, detailed engineering, costing, execution and commissioning of water, industrial wastewater and sewage treatment plants, roads, industrial sheds & buildings, specialized structures (M.S. buildings). He has toured extensively in the country and abroad to gain first hand experience and exposure on various aspects related to environmental issues and civil construction activities.

He has participated and conducted several seminars and symposia. He has also attended several training courses and is a member of the Environmental Auditors Registration Association (EARA). He is also member of IAEM, Institute of Engineers and Institute of Public Health Engineers Association.

He was involved in the design and execution of aero-bridge project for Hyderabad International Airport. Under his leadership the company was awarded the Hyderabad Waste Management Project (HWMP) on BOO basis which is the first of its kind in the country. He was a co-designer of the first major Hazardous waste landfill facility in our country. Designed and set-up wastewater and sewage treatment plants with UASBR as a unit operation.

Mr. Sunil S Nair, Chief Executive Officer, is a Chemical Engineering Graduated from Calicut University also holds a CFA certification and has completed the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD. He brings with him strong technical expertise, strategic leadership, and strong commercial acumen.

Mr. Sunil Nair brings with him a wealth of leadership experience, having served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director (MD) across several organizations including Utico FZC, Litwin PEL, CAE, and Galfar Engineering. At Utico FZC, he led the growth of the water business from a modest local portfolio to a fully integrated developer with in-house EPC capabilities. He oversees a $200 million P&L, manages multi million in assets, and executes large-scale projects ranging from $25 million to $400 million, including BOO, EPC, and 0&M contracts.

Previously, as CEO for UAE, Oman, and Africa regions, Mr. Sunil Nair has successfully turned around the company from near bankruptcy, growing revenue from $10 million to $250 million while maintaining healthy profit margins. He has also led strategic acquisitions, organizational restructuring, and business development initiatives across multiple geographies.

Mr. Rayapudi Sravanth, Chief Financial Officer, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2012 and has completed Intermediate examinations conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) in 2012. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) graduation from Osmania University in 2011.

Post his qualification, Mr. Sravanth has joined the Work force and brings over 12 years of professional work experience across Real Estate (Residential, Commercial) and Health Care Sectors. He has worked with GAR Group and Incor Group for about 6 years each. During his tenure, he has formulated and implemented strategies that enabled scalable revenue growth models across the projects in the Real Estate and Health Care Sectors.

Mr. Polimetla Ravi Prasad, is a B. Tech Graduate in Civil Engineering from Nagarjuna University and Post Graduate in Environmental Engineering & Management from Andhra University. He is also a competent certified Project Management Professional. He has over 24+ years of rich and varied experience in the field of Civil, Industrial and Environmental Infrastructure. He brings with him good knowledge of Project Management, Planning and Costing, Project and Contract Management. He has been associated with Ramky Infrastructure Limited since 2003 and is presently designated as Executive Director of the Company. Prior to joining Ramky, he has worked with GMR Group and Soma Enterprises Limited

Dr. Divakar Marri, Vice President & SBU Head-SPV's, is working in Ramky Infrastructure Limited (RIL) since 2005 is a competent certified Project Management Professional with 25+ years of domestic and international construction industry experience encompassing project management, business analysis, corporate strategy, business planning, resource management, operations management and team management.

He has a significant experience in overseeing operations for driving business by effective relationship management and delivery of value added service. Dr. Divakar Marri is an adept in managing large and complex projects with experience of establishing networks, quality management processes, environmental management processes and occupational health & safety management processes. He is proficient in multi skills which includes Program Management, ERP implementation, Top Management Interaction & Negotiation, Creating & Enhancing Processes, Evaluation & Merit Rating of Business Processes and also has a great ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, assignments.
