Job Description


  • • Implementation of Quality Management System Procedures covering the Customer perspective requirements in accordance with Contract document, Technical specification & Company defined guidelines.
  • •Preparing, Reviewing & Monitoring of PQP, ITP and QA/QC procedures adopted during to till handovering of projects of all step wise construction phases.
  • • Communicating & Conducting Quality regulatory Internal / External Audits (Pre and Post) for projects as per schedule.
  • •Create non-conformity for Process & Product including with workmanship discrepancy which is deviated and communicates insights to site team for CAPA.
  • •Develop a system to monitor of Preventive action requests to avoid recurrence of non-conformity in future.
  • •Visiting & inspecting towards projects to correct and control each work aspects at different levels as per Process & Product compliance.
  • •Follow ups on action plan with the project team, Client/Consultants and translates customer requirements and integrates them into the product design output.
  • •Identifies grey areas for improvement in process and product requirement and provide root cause.
  • •Preparing checklists, Work method statements and monitoring to facilitate for the implementation.
  • •Setting up QA/QC lab and conducting In-house testing and the same forwarding materials to external lab. frequency w.r.t FQP.
  • •Ensure appropriate calibration of all equipment of the projects as per schedule.
  • •Communicate Quality standards & Policies to various stakeholders for adherence.
  • •Leading and assisting team of Engineers and Managers to ensure all documents & records are maintained as per ISO requirement.
  • •Preparing & Verifying the Quality team expenses and recommends accordingly within a budget..
  • • Set standard operating procedures (SOP) for almost each executing activities of all stages at site and assure the execution is done.
  • • Nominates the stakeholders & project teams and adherence to Training provision to resolve issues by using QC tools and Problem-solving technics.
  • •Issuance of Stop work if necessary to resolve matters which affecting quality and/or inhibit the logical progress of work.
